50% of session total is due at booking. Session is not confirmed (I will not show up) until payment is made. Balance to be paid in full before receiving photos.

I service the DC area for no cost. Anything outside of that starts at $50 and increases based on distance from Hyattsville, MD (where I live).

My turnaround time is 7 days from the time you make your selections from your preview gallery.

If you need your photos in less than 7 days there is a $50 fee. If you need them within 48hrs, there is a $100 fee.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time, a $75 cancellation fee will be applied. If you cancel less than 24hrs before session time, no refund will be provided.

This includes rescheduling within those time limits as well.

Nikayla Scott Photography is not held responsible in rescheduling the session date and time unless the photographer is in need of rescheduling.

If the Client is not at the session location within 30 minutes of the agreed upon session start time, Nikayla Scott Photography has the right to cancel or postpone the session without notice. The Client will be considered a "no show" and the full session balance is still due. No refund will be provided.

Our session starts and ends promptly at the scheduled time. Overtime is charged in 30 minute increments at $150 (subject to availability). Session time will not be extended if you are late (including looking for parking or changing into your first look). Please arrive on time and ready shoot!

All photos are copyrighted. The negatives and or digital images created by the photographer remain the property of Nikayla Scott Photography.

Images are edited at the photographer’s discretion, and delivered Images may not include all Images shot.

Nikayla Scott Photography reserves the creative right to edit and release only those photos deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer’s artistic standards. Images may include a variety of techniques to create the Photographer's interpretation of a high-quality photograph/print. Steps taken may include and are not limited to realistic retouching, blemish removal, selective toning of colors, adjustments of contrast, color, saturation, color enhancements, and removal of distracting elements, etc.

The Client hereby assigns Nikayla Scott Photography the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the Client or in which the Client may be included, for editorial, advertising, promotion, marketing, educational and any other purpose and in any other manner without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction.

the Client agrees that any images may be combined with other images, texts and graphics, cropped, altered, and modified.

The Client releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.
